Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT without medications:

Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      9 o4 ^/ L# h+ g1 ~! Y- Q& l
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day: Q  r$ Z3 ~/ m$ ?, p; l7 T9 t/ R3 q
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
