1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet _( D& d9 p3 ^( D
2. Drink well including plenty of fluids
" M/ p; e b$ ~* Y6 i 3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week+ h# ?, x3 ^4 j% s
4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
5 P/ n9 e% Q: ~6 N ` 5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training% i4 E, y7 H+ n$ ~. e

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
