The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. [' B" s) J; K+ I1 |$ a; A
3 i9 U( \! R! Q4 P4 {) H: nJob Responsibilities:
8 z* S( E1 |; [( p* V- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
& @. I. z+ V3 o/ ]- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. ) D1 O7 w* `5 ?( M) g2 Q
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
5 p3 _1 j! h* { p- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
/ b1 Z4 h- ?* M" `& o, v- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
