, J3 j# R% o3 G' f' j4 f, ]0 U7 LThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which 1 h) B# Q, O. s- M
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and - P, V' ?! a9 H( T
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are * i# b Q& @ M h
achieved.

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
0 R J: l2 \; {: e+ }- p2 oincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
4 {3 v! g+ G i' P& H• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.# s$ ^) A6 l5 `) J0 U7 A$ @- Y, H
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory % S; j( | m2 v5 J
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and - F8 \ R3 V% w8 T
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
/ Y/ a( R I+ ?+ f/ P• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
( M, t0 `9 S9 `1 f- w0 @/ j6 g- bauditors.+ g4 T. Q' P, j# F$ S$ i
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
$ ^5 c: I! B+ S: N5 ^• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for , B% ~' P' i: F
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.6 S% u) v+ S2 R3 d( |" l6 C
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
, s# B5 Q) @( j7 C4 M# g" eoperational matters.
, y7 O2 b6 o. m, M* ]2 G5 b9 T3 T• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.; ~; i7 H( e! K5 Y' W
• Additional duties as assigned.
5 J4 S$ n5 u; h9 aQualifications
3 H5 m( Q. b& W• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
( m7 e! G: g( ^& D4 R* X• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.$ d5 G+ t9 v( u7 L, u& p
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate , Y/ }. _4 K' ?1 l
operational needs.
