Title: Bookkeeper/Office administrativeassistant
Responsibilities:
-          - Completingpayments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, andreconciling invoices (Utilities: Hydro, gas, internet, water)
-          - Weeklycheque preparation and credit card payments to vendors
-          - Ensuringoutstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due
-          - Verifyingvendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
-          - Maintaininghistorical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by savingdocuments properly in electronic and paper forms.
-          - Assistingother departments with equipment or product purchases, tracking assets andaccounting for acquisition
-          - Othertasks as assigned
Workinghours: 35 hours permonth, Monday to Friday
Rate: $ 22/ hour
Location:  Goderich, ON
Requirements:
-          - Twoyears working experience in an office setting
-         -  Abilitywot work well with all levels of management and staff.
-          - Organizationaland planning skills.
-          - Highlymotivated and mature.
-          - Sensitivityto confidential matters/reports/material may be required.
-          - Excellentwritten and verbal skills/etiquette.
-          - Excellentknowledge of MS Office and being able to learn accounting software
-          - Bilingual:English & Mandarin
