Responsibility:
1 v5 U# K3 u8 R• Assisting in the coordination of both outdoor and indoor events.
7 V* k9 K0 _& h+ ]& g& n• Manage and grow the customer database.

• Coordinate pre-event details with staff and clients, arrange event sites.
! \7 z( z5 Q D* P+ X% s8 F) w• Ability to make an up-to-date plan, and make an alternative plan if required.! `+ G0 `4 d9 M0 \9 X
• Collaborating with other departments and make promotional materials.! P X- a5 p7 j. V: Q

• Minimum college diploma.
& E5 h; ]3 J2 M' C; p* m4 Q• Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
5 X! q: e9 a0 c: K• Problem-solving skills, able to act according to circumstances.& n7 O$ [. Y7 j
• Ability to work both on the team and independently, follow the instruction.
