• Work with project teams to build and install infrastructure/application servers.
: ~( c6 h6 @5 a# D• Ensure systems are engineered to meet business service level expectations, as well as corporate I.S. standards: z" X! i; H4 U$ ]
• Installation of servers( H6 X/ J2 q0 L+ |# A& C
• Day to day server administration, operation and maintenance (direction provided by Team Lead, Server Support)3 w% C; L; V F" Z
• Provide ‘level 2’ service desk support for the server environment including evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis.) l& _5 ?3 c2 h6 p
• Provide input and act as a resource for related technical infrastructure projects
$ N* l$ |& \3 i" S. g* h2 U# }• Conduct problem management for technical problems and issues9 ?. U# F: J' V, K: t

Qualifications and Competencies:
/ z H h9 n( o% K 4 R9 O4 t* T2 \/ R3 B/ [, v5 [7 I& P
• Minimum 5 years experience within IT environment
" d: @3 P3 Z; H5 l• Broad familiarity of Unix, Windows based server operating systems, Active Directory, networking, database, system management, etc.5 x( \( Y: T( K& A$ c
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery products
8 Y* _( N0 q0 m/ E4 E• Experience with desktop environments ; L+ j. Z) `4 L; B% x- x- v
• Familiarity with system management tools3 \8 v9 j7 @6 r8 N) C1 w9 S/ L; \
• Familiarity of security management principles# _& X3 ^4 z _; v- ?6 S, \
• Basic networking skills- T$ E" I1 o7 L# h
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
