   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
+ e+ ?: Z+ @. ^   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day

   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
