We are searching for an outgoing student or graduates to work as part of our Administrativeteam in London Ontario. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in apost-secondary program or higher. This position reports to the Office Manager.Hours are flexible (5 days/week) and include some weekends

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limitedto:

• Willing tolearn and practice with a right attitude
• Able todesign & make design suggestion on interior design after training
• Greetscustomers and provides customer assistance to all clients at the front receptiondesk
• Completesvarious clerical activities including photocopying, sorting/filing, etc.
• Acts as keypoint of contact for external and internal customers in a pleasant and professionalmanner
• Keep track& organize company stocking area
• Processesand distributes internal and external mail
• Regularcheck on construction site/client home
• Miserlinessduties like data entry/light cleaning/etc.

Employment Qualifications:

• Interest& a right attitude is a must
• MANDRIAN speaker is a must
• Enrollmentin post-secondary studies is necessary
• Driver’slicense & access to a vehicle is an asset
• Previoussales/customer service experience is an asset
• Intermediatecomputer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) are necessary
• Highstandard of professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and endexcellent organizational skills are important
• Must be ableto pass a pre-employment medical and criminal record check prior to hiring
• Businesscasual wear is necessary
• Over 5 month experience in kitchen and bath industry is an asset
• Over 1 year warehouse experience is an asset
