The ideal candidate will be enrolled in apost-secondary program or higher. This position reports to the Office Manager.Hours are flexible (5 days/week) and include some weekends Job Description and Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limitedto: Ø Willing tolearn and practice with a right attitude Ø Able todesign & make design suggestion on interior design after training Ø Greetscustomers and provides customer assistance to all clients at the front receptiondesk Ø Completesvarious clerical activities including photocopying, sorting/filing, etc. Ø Acts as keypoint of contact for external and internal customers in a pleasant and professionalmanner Ø Keep track& organize company stocking area Ø Processesand distributes internal and external mail Ø Regularcheck on construction site/client home Ø Miserlinessduties like data entry/light cleaning/etc. Employment Qualifications: Ø Interest& a right attitude is a must Ø MANDRIANspeaker is a must Ø Enrollmentin post-secondary studies is necessary Ø Driver’slicense & access to a vehicle is an asset Ø Previoussales/customer service experience is an asset Ø Intermediatecomputer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) are necessary Ø Highstandard of professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and endexcellent organizational skills are important Ø Must be ableto pass a pre-employment medical and criminal record check prior to hiring Ø Businesscasual wear is necessary What We Offer: Ø Friendlywork environment with high-level of job satisfaction Ø Opportunitiesto lead to full-time, part-time, or constantly summer intern position Ø Flexiblework schedule
