·Provide technical and operational direction and project management principles to the planning, design and operation of rehabilitative and inspection projects.

! S4 N1 s" {3 ~8 q& Z* w·Site visits to assess traffic requirements, work shift type for prep and lining.

·Update the system with findings from site visits.

- T l' r5 P' t7 C9 {·Discuss with the Project Manager any issues found in the field that haven’t been captured in the estimate that has potential to affect scheduling& n! G3 F2 G; o N: X
& G" L' q6 W' h- O·Discuss safety issues if any identified in the field with PM, GS and Safety Manager8 [. Q3 j/ W# s" G0 L% S2 P

·Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers as needed.3 U5 Y6 ]! E8 B

·Assist field crews with delivering 48hrs notices to residents, when needed.8 e) i4 B/ |$ ]/ h& J8 C

·Ensure construction operations are well organized and coordinated.

& c! v. v; N9 k% K·Make all necessary arrangements for site traffic controls.* W, @5 L {! w( O1 |
2 x+ i( |7 ]: ]" c$ K; Y·Prepare work packages for scheduled work for all field crews.

( R) ~' J. v' i% Q0 ~' C6 v6 U·Reviewing prep videos and finals for concerns and escalating potential issues as well as updating the system.

·Maintain strong working relationships at job sites with field leadership and crews.) ^; z# x9 \2 K5 M/ R' @3 B$ A
) v/ L4 d$ h6 W: R8 D6 h+ L. M
·Communicate with Regional Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen and other field crews to provide details on project parameters, project changes, issues, etc./ H! o% f: A; l8 B

·Act as liaison between field and office.& T& F$ W5 Q1 Z

·Perform regular site visits to assess project progress and crew productivity.* j7 G6 a- ^1 y

·Provide excellent standards of customer service to maintain a positive company image and ensure customer satisfaction with received service.
