工作内容

  • ·         Collaborate with senior Quality Analysts to design and execute test cases for our software products
  • ·         Collaborate with senior Quality Analysts to configure and set up test environments, including test data
  • ·         Work closely with the QA Team Lead to ensure QA deliverables match the overall project timelines
  • ·         Provide high-level input as to the testing approach and methodology to be used in the testing of each application, and document this in the form of a test plan
  • ·         Work with developers to identify the source of software issues
  • ·         Create tickets for issues that are identified, communicate and follow up with issues and ensure that these are either resolved or escalated to the appropriate team members
  • ·         Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency of testing
  • ·         Work with other departments to ensure client expectations of quality are being met
  • ·         Other duties as required- v; f2 _/ H( F
