我有些搞不懂了， 如果我买了这个小餐馆了, 我还要交房租?  交房租的买铺子，那也不是我拥有。
有人说你买了他生意，就是一堆炉子盘子，牌照我自己申请不要多少钱

    Only those standing alone restaurants with bedrooms upstairs, such as "Fu Kee", "Spring", are sold for both business and the building. In this case, the buyer does not have to pay rent.
    Many London Chinese restaurant owners have to pay rent after they buy the restaurant business, such as "Harmony, Mandarin, Blue Rice, Dragon Court, Jasmine House..." The landlords who own these plazas also have their busy life,  managing the properties and collecting rent.

我只是问问， 不懂而已。 并非怀疑你。

但我觉得你这个POST只是陈述事实，没有解释原因。

设想一下 现在那个店面是空着的， 现在没有中餐馆生意。 我直接联系PROPERTY OWNER， 租房子。

然后我自己装修，买炉子，买盘子，我用不了9万块 就能全部搞定。那我干嘛买一个 “business"
