J&W Painting Ltd./Universal Construction Ltd. is seeking assistant bookkeeper/preparing invoices/administrative assistant for immediate hire. The ideal candidate:
• has excellent English writing and speaking skills
+ M/ }( y4 e. `( d•        has completed a postsecondary degree in a pertinent field (ideally accounting)
; I6 M+ ?" t" U7 z: O •        has knowledge of and familiarity/experience with QuickBooks
•        is extremely reliable and punctual
) |* y$ q. ]% r3 n- p5 ?•        exhibits strong tendencies toward organization and note-keeping
8 |1 v0 r3 O: ]; w- n3 G" j: q( a) S•        works well under pressure and tight deadlines
•        has a co-operative, pleasant, and professional demeanour
•        can work a flexible number of hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with very occasional Saturday work as a possibility
