工作内容
) o& r8 X6 b# C! L& O

ü  Prepares complex spreadsheets and provides insightful financial analysis

ü  Reconcile accounts, ensures compliance with accounting policy

ü  Prepares audit files in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and contractual requirements for small program audits of the college

ü  Prepares forecasting and cash flow analysis to management

ü  Maintains the data records in the capital asset module and reviews asset purchases

ü  Primary contact for college budget holders

ü  Works closely with members of other departments to resolve financial data concerns (i.e. payroll, advancement, student financial services, human resources, academic areas, etc.)

ü  Provides system support and training on the use of the finance system and reporting to end users

ü  Responds to financial data questions, interprets contract financial reporting requirements and performs financial analysis assistance upon request
