Our growing company is seeking a driven individual as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This part time position will be turned to full time in summer. The working hours are flexible.
1 K+ K$ i1 O) GDuties and Responsibilities: s' s1 E% ^4 B$ _1 a% [$ v2 n
-Enter A/P and A/R for various client files -Recording and verifying all cheques / accounts payables. -Prepare payroll source deduction, T4,WSIB, ROEs and HST remittances -Prepare monthly statements as per request. -Calculate and prepare payroll -Other Duties as Requested
6 {8 [& t/ C" Y7 P* VQualifications include: -Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word. -Experience with bookkeeping administration 1-2 years’ experience -Post-secondary education preferred in Accounting/Administration or Business -Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.Ability to communicate fluently in English, Chinese is considered an asset -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Ability to learn quickly
