4 f! u5 @0 ]6 A9 t( d8 e7 XTo provide customer assistance regarding repairs, upgrades, installations, and operation of product, performs basic functionality testing on units, as well as diagnosing, conducting minor repairs and cleanings.

Responsible for providing customer assistance regarding repairs, upgrades, installations, and operation of products.
% m( M$ t) C# o! x& s# _* pCompletes appropriate paperwork and ships and receives product.
Responsible for performing basic functionality testing on units as well as diagnosing/conducting minor repairs and cleanings
Assist in the sales of all geek services

Education and Experience:

A+ Certification required and manufacturer´s certification preferred
